友人がGoogleに転職したので色々話を聞いていて面白かったのが入社するとまず「君のスキルと関心を考えると、このプロジェクトとこのプロジェクトとこのプロジェクトがむくんじゃないかなあと思うんだけど」と言われて、いくつかのプロジェクトに片足をつっこませてもらうことになる。
それぞれのプロジェクトを見てみたりやっているメンバーと話をしてみたりしてこれだ！と思うプロジェクトに入れるような仕組みになっているそうな。
